impacted by no impact

This week I began reading No Impact and needless to say, it has indeed made an Impact. This man goes so far to one end of the environmentalist spectrum and I love this even more about him. One thing I began doing this week inspired by Colin Beavan was reusing my water bottle that Texas State issued to me at the beginning of Freshman Orientation. I can clip it to my backpack and be on my way. My typical use of water bottles per week averages 7 to 10. If I stick with this lifestyle change I could potentially be saving 520 water bottles per year. That is amazing! The Beavans lifestyle may not be for everyone, but even making the smallest change can have a huge impact.
