Phones in the classroom

Dial M for Mobile interterested me the most. I think appling cell phone use to the classrooms would benifit students. Today almost any kid can pick up the phone and knows how to work its basic components. wether the teacher has consent or not phones will be in the classroom regardless, so why don't use them to help students learn. Teachers can give quizzes and podcasts for thier students to listen to or be used to help review. Online texts book are also being more common, having a student able to access thier text book from thier mobile phones can help cust costs of school and be a fundamental to into a students success.
