My Thoughts Over the Most Appealing Article.

After reading all the articles that were posted, "Bosses peek in on Facebook to sceen job applicants" was the most appealing to me. I certainly don't agree on this step in the business world. I believe what someone does while social networking is their personal life and decisions. It shouldn't be stalked and tracked down by their business life. Someone should definetily not be hired or screeed by what is on the internet. I agree with Stillman's quote when he mentions, being judge by the internet is not right, but if what we were doing on the internet was the same thing we were doing at our job, and it was inappropiate, then I could understand. I just think the social internet is being overrated more than ever right now. So many people use this intenet, so I wouldn't understand why other people would want to use this against others. People feel they can be open on the internet, and to know it's possible for their boss, or someone else in ahigher level than them to see their personal thoughts, only makes me people be someone their not. I just completely disagree with these steps the business world is taking a look at while attempting to hire someone.
