I'm not sure about anyone else but
I was devastated about the news in Japan. First the Earthquake, then the Tsunami. All of those people dead and the hundreds of people who ares still missing. My thoughts are going out to the people of Japan but it doesn't seem enough. I was hoping someone could give me suggestions as to what I could do to help. I.E. an organization I could donate to that was specifically set up to help Japan. Or if we could possibly do something as a class? That would be lovely as well. All I know is that Japan could really use our help in their time of need right now.

Yahoo has a help page you might want to check out. They have a page of all the organizations that can use your help. They also have a link where you can donate to any of them. If you go to Yahoo.com, look in the left hand corner. You'll see "Help Japan" written in red. That link will send you to this link: http://news.yahoo.com/s/yblog_newsroom/20110311/wl_yblog_newsroom/japan-earthquake-and-tsunami-how-to-help. It is VERY sad. The way the Japanese people are handling this is something we could all learn from.
